Common use of Policy Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Policy Guidelines. The Vanpool Operations Manual contains certain policies, procedures, reporting requirements and other obligations applicable to the Vanpool. Lessee will abide by, and will cause all participants in the Vanpool to abide by, the requirements of the Vanpool Operations Manual. A copy of the Vanpool Operations Manual has been furnished to Lessee, and Lessee hereby acknowledges receipt of the Vanpool Operations Manual. The provisions of the Vanpool Operations Manual are incorporated into, and made a part of this Agreement, by reference.

A copy of the most current Vanpool Operations Manual has been furnished made available to Lessee, and Lessee hereby acknowledges receipt of the Vanpool Operations Manual. The provisions of the Vanpool Operations Manual are incorporated into, and made a part of this Agreement, by reference.
