Policy Rules. This Agreement shall supersede any policies, rules, regulations or practices of the District which are contrary to or inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
Policy Rules. A. An employee shall not work under the influence of any drug or alcohol which impairs his/her ability to safely and efficiently perform the required duties of the position. B. An employee shall not purchase, possess, use, sell, or furnish alcoholic beverages during the course or performance of his/her assigned duties. Under no circumstances shall an employee report to the work site under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. C. An employee shall not purchase, possess, use, sell, furnish, or be under the influence of any drug during the course or performance of his/her assigned duties. D. An employee shall not purchase, possess, use, be under the influence of, sell, or furnish any prescription drug during assigned work hours, or while on duty or while using Employer equipment unless the prescription was issued by authorized medical personnel and the employee follows the prescription instructions; E. An employee shall within five (5) days report to the appointing authority any criminal conviction for drug-related activity in the work place.
Policy Rules. The policy rules drawn up by WSW pursuant to a legal obligation incumbent upon it, which also form part of the agreement between WSW and the Association of Netherlands Municipalities (Vereniging van Nederlandse Gemeenten ("VNG")) dated the twenty-ninth of April two thousand and twenty-two, as possibly amended from time to time.
Policy Rules. 4.1 If an enrolling Member is sponsored by a Business Organization participating with MPPI, that Member shall be responsible to register for their own account with MPPI. 4.2 Each newly enrolling Member shall pay the full payment at the time of registration for the Plan in which they enroll. 4.3 Plan's Effective Period shall begin on the Plan effective date selected by the Member and shall continue for the duration of the Plan term. 4.4 A Member cannot extend their Plan before the Plan end date for up to a maximum period of twenty four (24) months.

Policy Rules. The Content Owners may establish the Policy Rules to set for Content Files claimed in good faith to be owned by the Content Owners, but such Policy Rules shall be limited to the application of the following designations: block, allow, or allow subject to any license the Content Owners may have with Xunlei; provided, however, that Xunlei reserves the right to block Content Files owned by the Content Owners as may be required by law or in its reasonable discretion. Xunlei will faithfully apply the Policy Rule designations. Absent an alternative instruction on file with the Filtering Vendor or written instructions from the Content Owner to the contrary, Xunlei shall treat all Content Owner Content Files as having a “Block” status and shall block access to video content matching Content Files contained in any reference fingerprint database or, if applicable, metadata database used as part of a Copyright Filter for the Xunlei System.
Policy Rules. 5.1 If an enrolling Member is the employee of a Business Organization participating with MPPI, that Member shall be responsible to register for their own account with MPPI after receiving an email from MPPI with notice that their Employer has provided their contact information to MPPI in order to offer them membership in a Plan. At the time of registration, such a Member must enter the Group Name and Group Identification number (Group ID) provided to them by their Employer in order to be linked to the Employer account. 5.2 Each newly enrolling Member shall pay the full payment or the first payment installment at the time of registration for each Plan in which they enroll. Each Plan's Effective Period shall begin on the Plan effective date selected by the Member and shall continue for the duration of the Plan term. 5.3 A Member may make changes to their Plan enrollment, if applicable, at any time prior to the Plan Effective Date. 5.4 A Member may terminate their Plan enrollment, if applicable, no later than 30 days before the desired quarter (three months period) of termination. 5.5 Any Member enrolled in a Plan through their Employer shall be responsible to inform MPPI of any change(s) or termination of the Plan made by the Member or by the Employer no later than 30 days before the Plan month when the desired change(s) shall take effect. 5.6 At the time of Plan expiration, a Member may choose to renew coverage with the same Provider with no enrollment fee for the new Plan term, as long as the renewal is made prior to the end of the expiring Plan term. The effective date of the new Plan shall be the first day after the previous Plan's expiration. Any fees incurred for visits in the period between expiration of the previous Plan and registration for the new Plan term shall not be covered by MPPI. Members changing Providers, registering for a Plan after a previous Member-initiated Plan termination or registering for a Plan at any time after previous Plan's expiration shall not be eligible for Plan renewal with waived enrollment fee.
Policy Rules. Each Signature Request will be subject to your pre-defined Policy Rules that will in part determine the outcome of any Signature Request. Policy Rules can be used to craft fine-grained access controls around your Private Keys and any sensitive actions within the Services. Only you or an Authorized User may update Policy Rules by logging into your Account and submitting changes.

  • Safety Rules 5.01 The safety rules of the State having jurisdiction shall be observed by the parties hereto. It is recognized that the Employer has the exclusive responsibility for providing a safe and healthful workplace. To assist the Employer in maintaining an effective and continuing safety program, a permanent Joint Safety Committee shall be established, consisting of two (2) members from the Union and two (2) members from the Employers, who shall meet at regular times to administer educational instructions, investigate serious accidents, and to draft appropriate safety rules. Such rules as adopted by this committee, shall become a part of this Agreement.

  • COMPANY RULES Company requires Students, while participating in the clinical program, on Company property or in a Company vehicle, to meet all standards of appearance and conduct required by Company of its own employees. Company reserves the right to refuse to allow any Student to participate in the clinical program for failure to comply with Company standard.

  • Privacy Rule “Privacy Rule” shall mean the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information at 45 Code of Federal Regulations Part 160 and Part 164, Subparts A and E.

  • Holiday Rules ‌ The following rules apply to all holidays except the personal holiday: A. Employees will be paid at a straight-time rate even though they do not work. B. In addition to Subsection A above, employees will be paid for the hours actually worked on a holiday at the overtime rate, in accordance with Article 7, Overtime. C. For full-time employees with a Monday-through-Friday work schedule: 1. When a holiday falls on a Saturday, the Friday before will be the holiday. 2. When a holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday will be the holiday. D. For full-time employees who do not have a Monday-through-Friday work schedule: 1. When a holiday falls on the employee’s scheduled workday, that day will be considered the holiday. 2. When a holiday falls on the employee’s scheduled day off, the agency will treat the employee’s workday before or after as the holiday. 3. Upon approval, an employee may schedule an alternate day off as their holiday as long as the requested day off falls within the same pay period as the holiday or in either workweek adjacent to that pay period. E. The holiday for night shift employees whose work schedules begin on one calendar day and ends on the next will be determined by the agency. It will start either at: 1. The beginning of the scheduled night shift that begins on the calendar holiday, or 2. The beginning of the shift that precedes the calendar holiday. The decision will be the same for all employees in a facility unless there is agreement to do otherwise between the agency and one (1) or more affected employees, or with the Union, which will constitute agreement of the employees. F. Part-time employees who were employed before and after the holiday and for a period of at least twelve (12) calendar days during the month (but not including the holiday) will be compensated in cash or compensatory time for the holiday in an amount proportionate to the time in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment. G. A full-time employee will qualify for holiday compensation if they are employed before the holiday and is in pay status: 1. For the entire work shift preceding the holiday; or 2. For at least eighty (80) non-overtime or non-standby hours during the month, not counting the holiday.

  • WORK RULES The State may change or adopt work rules during the term of this Agreement but such changed or adopted work rules shall not be inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Whenever such work rules are to be changed or adopted, they shall be posted on bulletin boards in the appropriate organizational units for seven (7) days before they are to become effective. Simultaneously with such posting a copy of same shall be forwarded to MSEA-SEIU. Upon request by MSEA-SEIU the State will meet and consult with MSEA-SEIU on the proposed changed or new rules.
