Portal Use Sample Clauses

Portal Use. Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of and protecting access to all usernames and passwords it creates or assigns (collectively, “Credentials”) and is solely responsible for all activities that occur under the Credentials, including access to content. Customer agrees to notify Lumen promptly of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of any Credentials. Lumen reserves the right to terminate upon notice any Credentials that Lumen reasonably determines may have been accessed or used by an unauthorized third party. For added security, Lumen recommends two-factor authentication in conjunction with all Credentials.
Portal Use. As a condition of your continued compliance with these Terms, the BAR/GALMLS Documents, and our Privacy Policy, BAR and GALMLS grant you a limited, fully-revocable, non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable license to use the Portal and Services solely for your own personal use as an Authorized User and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works, or other use. You agree not to record, download, or otherwise copy any materials on the Portal, including, but not limited to, any of the materials provided as part of the Services, or any other videos, pictures, logos, graphics, handbooks, guides, guidelines, policies or other resources offered on the Portal, unless we explicitly grant you permission to do so (such as by providing a link to download the particular material). However, the content on the Portal may be displayed, reformatted, or printed on your printer for use as personal reference. You also agree not reverse engineer or break into the Portal, or use any of our materials, products, or Services in violation of any law. Your use of this Portal is at the sole discretion of BAR and GALMLS, and we may terminate your use of this Portal and access to the Services at any time and for any reason.
Portal Use. You and Supplier agree: (i) to use the Portal only as permitted by these TOU; (ii) not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the Portal in any way or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Portal or any part of it, using the identity generated through this Portal; (iii) not to use the Portal in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it or interfere with Roca Group’s or any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Portal; (iv) not to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Portal; (v) to only use the Portal for Supplier’s own internal business use and not to duplicate, download, publish, modify, or otherwise distribute Portal material for any purpose other than to perform the processes as described in the Portal; (vi) any information accessed or received through the Portal is confidential (“Confidential Information”) and solely for Supplier’s internal use and may not be re-distributed, resold or otherwise transmitted outside of the Supplier’s organisation; (vii) not to make any unauthorized use of the Portal, including (without limitation) unauthorized marketing, sales, use or disclosure of Confidential Information, unauthorized framing of (or linking to) the Portal. Unauthorised use of the Portal, including (without limitation) unauthorised entry or attempted entry, misuse of passwords, misuse of any information available in or through the Portal, or illegal conduct, is strictly prohibited. ▇▇▇▇ reserves the right to prohibit access to anyone which ▇▇▇▇ determines to be violating or attempting to violate these TOU.
Portal Use. This User Agreement entitles the business partner of BayernLB (hereinafter “Customer”) to use the BayernLB #▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇ customer portal (hereinafter “Customer Portal”). Upon request by the customer, other Users author- ised by the Customer may also use the Customer Portal. The Customer and authorised representatives shall be described hereinafter as “Users”.

  • Personal Use I agree that the pupil will only use this device for educational purposes and not for personal use and will not loan the equipment to any other person.

  • Commercial Use Use of the Licensed Materials for the purposes of monetary reward by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire, or other form of commerce. For the avoidance of doubt, neither recovery of direct costs exclusive of the Fee by any Member from Authorized Users, nor use by the Licensee or Authorized Users of the Licensed Materials in the course of research funded by a commercial organization, nor the payment of a fee by a person in order to be registered with the Member, is deemed to constitute Commercial Use.

  • Residential Use Use the Apartment for residential purpose only. Under no circumstances shall the Allottee use or allow the Apartment to be used for commercial, industrial or other non-residential purposes. The Allottee shall also not use or allow the Apartment to be used as a religious establishment, hotel, guesthouse, service apartment, mess, hostel, boarding house, restaurant, nursing home, club, school or other public gathering place.
