Position and Location Clause Samples
The "Position and Location" clause defines the specific job title or role an employee will hold and the primary place where their work duties will be performed. It typically outlines whether the position is full-time or part-time, the department or team assignment, and the physical address or remote work arrangement associated with the role. By clearly establishing these details, the clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of the employee's responsibilities and work environment, reducing ambiguity and potential disputes regarding job expectations or work location.
