Position Exclusions Sample Clauses

The Position Exclusions clause defines specific roles or job positions that are not covered by the terms of an agreement or policy. In practice, this means that certain employees—such as executives, independent contractors, or temporary staff—may be explicitly excluded from benefits, obligations, or restrictions that apply to other personnel. By clearly identifying which positions are exempt, this clause ensures clarity and prevents misunderstandings about who is subject to the agreement, thereby reducing the risk of disputes.
