The Post-Installation clause outlines the responsibilities and procedures that apply after a product or system has been installed. Post-installation. Verify that approved RTU replacement scope of work has been completed, networked to the EMS, and is commissioned/operating per design. Record any changes to the scope and adjust potential savings if necessary. Savings from the measure may be verified by trending system use, setpoints, and schedules within each space. JCI will use the Electric and Natural Gas rates as defined in the Baseline Calculations and Utility Rates section of this document and savings will be based on assumptions and engineering calculations.
Post-installation. Upon completion of utility system installation, and any maintenance project, the disturbed area shall be regraded to compatibility with the natural terrain and replanted to prevent erosion and provide appropriate vegetative cover.
Post-installation. 2.6.1 Within six (6) months after the installation of the Work, the Artist shall furnish Texas Tech with the following photographs of the Work as installed, which Texas Tech may use for Texas Tech’s non-commercial purposes, including publicity, campus art brochures, campus tour materials, Texas Tech catalogs and similar publications, and for educational purposes, but not for sale without the Artist’s prior written consent:
2.6.1.1 High-resolution digital photographs taken by an approved, professional photographer, of the completed Work, taken from at least four different viewpoints.
2.6.2 The Artist shall be available at such time or times as may be agreed between Texas Tech and the Artist to attend any inauguration or presentation ceremonies relating to the transfer of the Work to Texas Tech.
2.6.3 Upon installation of the Work, the Artist will provide to Texas Tech written instructions for appropriate maintenance and preservation of the Work.
Post-installation. 1.5.1 The Artist shall be available at such time or times as may be agreed between the HAA and the Artist to attend any inauguration or presentation ceremonies relating to the of the Work to the City. The HAA shall use its best efforts to arrange for publicity for the completed Work in such art publications and otherwise as may be determined between the HAA and the Artist as soon as practicable following installation.
Post-installation. Post shall be installed on an approved foundation with transformer base or shaft base set parallel with the curb and in a plumb position. Shaft shall be properly lined to a vertical position. Arm shall be installed perpendicular to the curb, unless otherwise directed by the Engineer. New lamppost with facilities for bolt covers shall have the bolt covers installed. All FS posts installed shall be painted to a height of 7 feet with nonconductive paint (payment for this painting shall be included in post installation item). No additional payment will be made for painting of post with nonconductive paint. All sections and appurtenant parts shall be properly secured with clips, bolts, nuts, etc. Attach new ID tags. Contractor shall also furnish and install necessary conductors and accessories for properly grounding the lamppost (DWG H-5019). Lamppost wiring is specified elsewhere. Bituminous compound and stainless steel washers equal to 300 series 18-8 shall insulate lampposts having appurtenant parts of dissimilar metals, such as aluminum and steel.
Post-installation. Verify that approved “Scope of Work” has been completed. Record any changes to the scope and adjust savings if necessary based on as-built lighting. Perform a one-time post installation circuit wattage measurement on a representative sample of installed interior fixture combinations where a quantity of 50 or more of the same type of fixtures will be tested using a 90% confidence and 20% precision level (see Table 2.11a for sample size determinations). Use post retrofit wattage measurement to adjust savings estimates for all like fixtures in each facility, adjusted savings values will be used in post retrofit calculations.
Post-installation a. Within thirty (30) days after the installation of the Work, the Artist at his sole expense shall furnish the City with the following thirteen (13) digital photographs:
(i) Ten (10) images taken from different viewpoints and distances. At least three (3) of these images should be suitable for reproduction and print use of the Work as installed. Utilizing uncompressed .tiff files at least 300 dpi in 8”x10” is recommended.
(ii) Three (3) images taken of the Site prior to the installation of the Work.
b. The Artist shall provide a plaque at the Site, according to specifications set out in Exhibit E attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
c. The Artist shall be available at such time or times as may be agreed between the City and the Artist to attend an inauguration or presentation ceremony(s) relating to the transfer of the Work to the City. The City shall endeavor to arrange for publicity for the completed Work in such art publications and otherwise as may be determined between the City and the Artist as soon as practicable following installation.
d. Upon installation of the Work, the Artist shall provide to the City written recommendations for appropriate maintenance and preservation of the Work.
e. Artist shall further attend and participate in a dedication or other event for outreach to the Denver community for at least one hour at a date mutually agreed upon by the parties. Artist further agrees to participate in the discussions or question sessions at such community event.

Post-installation. The data collection methodology from prior install will remain the same during post the installation phase. These data sets, both before and after the installations of SMILE equipment, will provide evidence-based proof on the capacity of the model to reduce grid constraints while providing unobstructed service to homeowners.
Post-installation. 4.4.1. After the Installation is substantially completed in accordance with the Solar Contract and the Approved Plans, the Parties must follow the procedures described in Section 3.3 of the Solar Contract pertaining to the County’s acceptance of the Licensee’s Equipment. If a Party requires changes to the Licensee’s Equipment following the County’s acceptance thereof, such Party shall comply with Section 9 of the Solar Contract.
4.4.2. The County may require the Licensee to temporarily remove the Licensee’s Equipment from the Licensed Premises if such removal is reasonably necessary for the County to maintain or repair the County Property. The costs for such removal and reinstallation of the Licensee’s Equipment shall be the responsibility of the County. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, the Parties acknowledge that (i) the Licensee has provided the County with an estimate of One Hundred Nine Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($109,000.00) for any and all costs to remove and reinstall the Licensee’s Equipment due to the reroofing of the County Property, which is scheduled to occur after the Installation; and (ii) that such removal and reinstallation costs will be finalized and addressed at the time that County places a bid for the reroofing of the County Property.
