Posting Positions. A. Vacant positions in any classification covered by this Agreement shall be posted on the District’s website for no less than five (5) calendar days unless filled by a HR initiated placement of another employee in that classification. When such an exception is made, the Association will be notified. B. The posting will include the date the vacancy occurs, the closing date, the subject area or grade level of the vacancy and the school in which the vacancy occurs. To waive the five (5) day posting, the Superintendent (or designee) and the Association must agree in writing (e-mail is acceptable).
