PREAMBLE AND CONTEXT. 1: STATEMENT OF INTENT (i) to focus on the delivery of a range of products and services to customers which are responsive, efficient, value added and innovative. (ii) to endeavour to provide high standards of workplace health, safety, wellbeing and equality of employment opportunity and exclusion of unlawful discrimination, harassment and vilification. (iii) to establish a performance, behavioural and accountability based workplace culture that enhances and aligns employee’s career opportunities with individual employee reward. (iv) to ensure the sustainable long term commercial viability of the Company. Accordingly, the parties agree that in interpreting and implementing this Agreement, primary emphasis will be placed on work processes, systems, technology and relationships that achieve and enhance employee performance, ensure continuity of service delivery to customers and commercial outcomes of the business.
