PREDESIGN SERVICES Sample Clauses

The PREDESIGN SERVICES clause defines the scope and responsibilities for services provided before the formal design phase of a project begins. Typically, this includes activities such as site analysis, feasibility studies, programming, and preliminary budgeting, which help establish the project's requirements and constraints. By outlining these early-stage tasks, the clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of what preparatory work will be completed, thereby reducing misunderstandings and setting a solid foundation for the subsequent design and construction phases.
