Preliminary Site Survey. If ACS determines that a site survey is necessary to determine feasibility and/or approval of TALD’s request, ACS shall notify TALD and afford TALD the opportunity to be present at the survey. The preliminary site survey must be completed within fifteen (15) business days of TALD’s request for collocation.
