Preliminary Site Survey. 3.10.1 If ACS-ANC determines that a site survey is necessary to determine feasibility and/or approval of LEVEL 3’s request, ACS-ANC shall notify LEVEL 3 and afford LEVEL 3 the opportunity to be present at the survey. The preliminary site survey must be completed within 15 business days of LEVEL 3’s request for collocation.
