Common use of Preparation of Site Clause in Contracts

Preparation of Site. 6.2.1 Prior to the Delivery and installation of the TCS-1 System, the Operator shall make, at its own expense, all alterations to and changes in its premises and equipment required to bring the site into complete conformance with the above referenced Site Plan Specifications, with respect to which the Operator shall obtain all necessary permissions and inspections, and which shall include but not be limited to making any required structural changes and the installation of: (a) electrical equipment and power lines up to the electrical inputs or control boxes attached to the TCS-1 System, as designated on the Site Plan Specifications; (b) water supply sources and equipment up to the water inflow points designated on the Site Plan Specifications; (c) water drainage and disposal sites and equipment from the water outflow points designated on the Site Plan Specifications; (d) air ventilation sources and equipment as designated on the Site Plan Specifications
