Common use of PRESENT CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

PRESENT CONDITIONS. Should the Union become aware of an employee who, prior to the date of this Agreement, was receiving more than the rate of wages, vacation, or any other enhanced benefit than designated in this Agreement for the work in which the employee was engaged, the Union will notify the Employer and the parties will meet to address and resolve the issue.
