PRICING OF PRELIMINARIES ITEMS. Prices will be inserted against item of preliminaries in the sub-contractor’s Bills of Quantities and specification. These Bills are designated as Bill 1 in this Section. Where the sub-contractor fails to insert his price in any item he shall be deemed to have made adequate provision for this on various items in the Bills of Quantities. The preliminaries form part of this contract and together with other Bills of Quantities covers for the costs involved in complying with all the requirements for the proper execution of the whole of the works in the contract. The Bills of Quantities are divided generally into three sections:- Sub-contractors preliminaries are as per those described in section C – sub-contractor preliminaries and conditions of contractor. The sub-contractor shall study the conditions and make provision to cover their cost in this Bill. The numbers of preliminary items to be priced by the Tenderer have been limited to tangible items such as site office, temporary works and others. However the Tenderer is free to include and price any other items he deems necessary taking into consideration conditions he is likely to encounter on site. Installation Items – Other Bills The brief description of the items in these Bills of Quantities should in no way modify or supersede the detailed descriptions in the contract Drawings, conditions of contract and specifications. The unit of measurements and observations are as per those described in clause 3.05 of the section C.

  • PRICING STRUCTURE DEFINITIONS ALC means Annual License Charge which is a yearly charge. For the first year of each license of each DS Offering, ALC is due together with the PLC or TBL, as applicable. Payment of the ALC for a DS Offering entitles Customer to (i) Support Services for the DS Offering for one (1) year and (ii) a license (subject to the conditions set forth in the Agreement) to use the Release(s) of such DS Offering made available by DS during such year, in lieu of the license(s) on the previous Release(s) of the DS Offering delivered to Customer.   • Amortization Schedule We do not provide an initial amortization schedule at the time of project agreement release but maintain a "Loan Summary Spreadsheet" on our website on the Financial Tab under "Loans". Once your loan is put into billing an amortization schedule will be posted to the same website, with a copy mailed to the Chief Financial Officer the month following project closeout.

  • Adding agenda items Any agenda item requiring a decision by the Members must be identified as such on the agenda. Any Member may add an item to the original agenda by written notification to all of the other Members no later than 7 calendar days preceding the meeting.
