Primary Intent. 2.1 The Church and Hall of the parish are important and protected historical buildings, and a significant part of Chingford’s history and heritage. The Parochial Church Council (“PCC”) and its Officers have the responsibility for maintaining them for use and enjoyment by future generations. 2.2 The premises are primarily used for the hosting and promoting of Church activities. 2.3 A secondary function of the premises is to act as a resource to the wider Church, other Christian organisations, and the community of Chingford, through Church activities, Church sponsored activities and suitable community activities which help to build bridges between the Church and the local community.
Primary Intent. 2.1 The Foxes’ Den Café and community space form part of an important building in the local area and the owners of The Foxes’ Den Café have the responsibility for maintaining them for business use, the enjoyment of all members of the local community, and for future generations. 2.2 The core function of the community space during the hours of 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 1pm on Saturdays, is to operate as a café. There may also be additional late-night opening where the space will function as a café, to support Foxes’ Den Café run events. 2.3 The secondary core function of the premises is to act as a resource to the wider community of Binfield, through activities, sponsored activities by The Foxes’ Den Café and suitable activities, which help to drive community cohesion. This can be either within the café operating hours, or outside operating hours.

The facilities of Worthing Quaker Meeting House are made available as a community service to organisations and individuals for purposes compatible with Quaker principles. At the centre of our religious experience is the conviction that all people are equal before God, irrespective of race, religion, class or gender. This is combined with a respect for all creation.

Primary Intent. 2.1 The premises are primarily to be used for the hosting and promoting of Scouting activities and hence access may be granted to the premises at any time by authorised representatives of PSG, a list of whom is available on request by the Hirer from PSG. 2.2 A secondary function of the premises is to act as a resource to the District Scouts Association, using the premises as a Scout shop - currently open on a Monday evening. The PSG therefore give the permission to members of the District Scout association to access to the premises when required, due care and consideration being given at all times to minimise disruption to any other Hirer.

  • General Intent The parties agree that the purpose of the procedures set out in this article is to maintain good relations between employees and management by providing methods of resolving complaints quickly and fairly.

  • Initiating Interconnection 4.1 If ENT determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, ENT shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network to be established in the relevant LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) ENT’s intended Interconnection activation date; (d) a forecast of ENT’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of ENT’s notice provided for in Section 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and ENT shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

  • Critical Infrastructure Subcontracts For purposes of this Paragraph, the designated countries are China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and any countries lawfully designated by the Governor as a threat to critical infrastructure. Pursuant to Section 113.002 of the Business and Commerce Code, Contractor shall not enter into a subcontract that will provide direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure, as defined by Section 113.001 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, in this state, other than access specifically allowed for product warranty and support purposes to any subcontractor unless (i) neither the subcontractor nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of the subcontractor or its parent company, is majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of a designated country; and (ii) neither the subcontractor nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of the subcontractor or its parent company, is headquartered in a designated country. Contractor will notify the System Agency before entering into any subcontract that will provide direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure, as defined by Section 113.001 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code, in this state.

  • PURPOSE AND INTENT The general purpose of this Agreement is to set forth terms and conditions of employment, and to promote orderly and peaceful labor relations for the mutual interest of the Employer and the employees.

  • Amendments in Writing, Integration All amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by Borrower and Bank. This Agreement represents the entire agreement about this subject matter, and supersedes prior negotiations or agreements. All prior agreements, understandings, representations, warranties, and negotiations between the parties about the subject matter of this Agreement merge into this Agreement and the Loan Documents.
