Principal Allowance Sample Clauses

The Principal Allowance clause defines the maximum amount of principal that may be allocated or utilized under a contract or agreement. In practice, this clause sets a cap on the total funds or resources that can be drawn, borrowed, or otherwise used by a party, often specifying limits for each period or for the overall term. By establishing clear boundaries on principal usage, the clause helps prevent overextension of resources and ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of financial limits, thereby reducing the risk of disputes related to excessive use or allocation.
