PRINCIPALS AND VICE-PRINCIPALS Clause Samples

The "Principals and Vice Principals" clause defines the roles, responsibilities, and authority of individuals designated as principals and vice principals within an organization or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who may act on behalf of the principal party, the extent of their decision-making power, and any limitations or requirements for delegation to vice principals. For example, it may specify that only principals can sign binding documents, while vice principals may act in their absence or under certain conditions. The core function of this clause is to clarify the chain of authority and ensure that actions taken by representatives are properly authorized, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over who can legally bind the organization.
