PRINCIPALS AND VICE-PRINCIPALS. If a teacher is appointed to a position of Vice-Principal or Principal, the teacher's seniority will be frozen as of the date of reporting to work as a Vice-Principal or Principal. During the life of this Collective Agreement, if said teacher elects to return to the Union after accepting and beginning work as a Principal or Vice-Principal, he or she shall return to or enter the Union with the seniority earned at the point of time when his or her seniority was frozen.
