Vice Principal Allowance Clause Samples
The Vice Principal Allowance clause establishes the entitlement and conditions under which a vice principal receives additional compensation beyond their base salary. Typically, this clause outlines the amount or percentage of the allowance, the eligibility criteria (such as appointment to the vice principal role), and any circumstances that may affect payment, such as acting appointments or leave periods. Its core function is to ensure transparency and fairness in compensating vice principals for their added responsibilities, thereby clarifying entitlements and preventing disputes over remuneration.
