Principal Allowances. 4.1.1.1 4.1.2.1. Principals shall be paid seventeen percent fourteen per cent (1714%) of the principal’s their position on the grid plus: 0 - 400 students $19.60 per student 401 + students $20.42 grid, plus per student: 4.1.2.2. Notwithstanding any other provision in the collective agreement, principals shall receive a minimum allowance of $25,000 annually, prorated based on FTE.
