Common use of Private Labeling Clause in Contracts

Private Labeling. All Products delivered by Supplier will bear the logos, trade names and trademarks of NETGEAR as specified by NETGEAR. NETGEAR will provide engineering drawings, camera-ready artwork film, and all other materials and instructions necessary to manufacture product labels and shipping boxes without supplemental documentation. No Supplier logos, trademarks and trade names will be externally visible on installed Products. NETGEAR agrees not to affix any labels containing Supplier logos, trademarks or trade names to the Products. Preprinted boxes with NETGEAR logos will be provided by Supplier and used for packaging the Products. These individual product boxes must be placed within larger protective shipping boxes for transit from Supplier to NETGEAR.
