Use of Certificate. The subscriber is obliged to install the Certificate only on servers, domains, or devices that are controlled or owned by at the subjectAltName(s) listed in the Certificate or are otherwise applicable, and to use the Certificate solely in compliance with all applicable laws and solely in accordance with these Subscriber Agreement requirements

Use of Certificate. 4.1. Normal use of the certificate With a valid certification, the customer is entitled to use the certificate, subject to correct and appropriate use. The customer declares that its products or systems are certified solely for the scope of the certification granted. The customer shall make every effort to ensure that no certificate shall be used, whether wholly or partially, in a manner liable to induce error. The customer shall not make or permit any use of the certification and shall make no statement concerning this certification that CERTIFER might judge to be unauthorised or liable to induce error.
4.2. Termination, suspension, withdrawal and reduction of the certification In the event of termination, suspension or withdrawal of the certification, the customer shall cease to use any advertising material claiming certification immediately and shall return to CERTIFER any certification documents requested. For management systems “under suspension” means that the customer’s management system certification is temporarily invalid. The customer shall amend all advertising matter when the scope of certification has been reduced.
Use of Certificate. Use of Certificate. 2.1 On acceptance of the Subscriber's application by Equifax, and in consideration of the Subscriber's payment of the applicable fees (described in the Certificate Practice Statement) the Subscriber will be authorised to use the Certificate during the Operational Period subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Certificate Practice Statement and any conditions displayed on the Certificate.
2.2 The Subscriber has sole responsibility for the selection of a class of Certificate appropriate to Subscriber's intended use, taking into account (without limitation) the value of transactions for which such Certificate will be valid.
2.3 In the event of conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the Certificate Practice Statement, this Agreement shall prevail.
2.4 The Operational Period of a Certificate runs from the date of issue of the Certificate until the earlier of:
2.4.1 1 year after the date of issue (unless stated otherwise in the Certificate) or as renewed in accordance with the Certificate Practice Statement;

a) Only to sign code that complies with the requirements set forth in the latest version of the CA/Browser Forum Guidelines for the Issuance and Management of Extended Validation Code Signing Certificates;
b) Solely in compliance with all applicable laws;
c) Solely for authorized company business; and
d) Solely in accordance with this Agreement. If GlobalSign becomes aware (by whatever means) that it has signed code that contains malicious software or a serious vulnerability, the Signing Authority must immediately inform GlobalSign.
