Use of Certificate Sample Clauses

The 'Use of Certificate' clause defines how a certificate—such as a certificate of insurance, compliance, or completion—may be used by the parties involved in an agreement. It typically outlines the permitted purposes for which the certificate can be relied upon, such as verifying compliance with contractual requirements or confirming the status of certain obligations. This clause ensures that certificates are used appropriately and only for their intended function, thereby preventing misuse or misrepresentation and providing clarity regarding their evidentiary value.
