Common use of Private Line Service Clause in Contracts

Private Line Service. The Customer will be charged the following range of fixed monthly recurring per-circuit Inter-Office Channel (IOC) charges for domestic Private Line Service, based on VGPL, DS-0, DDS, DS-1, DS-3, OC3, OC12, OC48 Service: $375.00 to $129,600.00.

Private Line Service. The Customer will be charged the following range of fixed monthly recurring per-circuit Inter-Office Channel (IOC) per-circuit per circuit-mile charges $0.84 to $1.10 for DS-1 domestic Private Line Service, Service based on VGPL, DS-0, DDS, DS-1, DS-3, OC3, OC12, OC48 Service: mileage and subject to a $375.00 to $129,600.00350 minimum circuit charge.

Private Line Service. The Customer will be charged the following range of fixed monthly recurring per-circuit Inter-Office Channel (IOC) charges for domestic Private Line Service, based on VGPL, DS-0, DDS, DS-1, DS-3, OC3, OC12, OC48 DS-1 and Terrestrial Digital Service: $375.00 2,400 to $129,600.003,000.

Private Line Service. The In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will be charged the following range of pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit Inter-Office Channel (IOC) charges ranging from $1,440 to $4,000 for domestic Private Line Service, based on VGPL, DS-0, DDS, DS-1, DS-3, OC3, OC12, OC48 Service: DS-3 10M and DS-3 40M. The Customer will be charged fixed monthly recurring per-circuit per circuit mile charges ranging from $375.00 4.20 to $129,600.0014.00 for domestic Private Line Service, based on DS-3 10M, DS-3 40M and OC-12 600M Service.

The Customer will be charged the following range of fixed monthly recurring per-circuit per circuit mile charges for domestic Private Line Service, based on VGPL, DS-0, DDS, FracDS-1, DS-1, DS-3, OC-3, OC-12, OC-48 Service: $0.25 to $245.00.
