Common use of Private Line Service Clause in Contracts

Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay monthly recurring per circuit charge of $0.00 and per mile charges ranging from $6.00 to $8.00 for all mileage for Interstate DS3 and OC3 Private Line Service. Minimum circuit charges ranging from $1,250.00 to $1,300.00 per month for OC3 and DS3 Circuit applies. Customer certifies that any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate traffic.

Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and or discounts, the Customer will pay monthly recurring per per-circuit charge of $0.00 and per mile charges ranging from $6.00 0.85 to $8.00 for all mileage for Interstate domestic DS1 and DS3 and OC3 Private Line ServiceLine. Minimum circuit charges ranging from $1,250.00 350 to $1,300.00 per month for OC3 and DS3 Circuit 1,900 applies. Customer certifies that any private line the OC3 Private Line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate traffic.

In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per per-circuit charge of $0.00 and per per-circuit mile charges ranging from charge of $6.00 to $8.00 for all mileage 5.50 for Interstate DS3 and OC3 DS-3 Private Line Service. Minimum A DS-3 circuit charges ranging from minimum of $1,250.00 to $1,300.00 1,400 per month for OC3 and DS3 Circuit appliesis required. The Customer certifies that any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate traffic.
