Common use of Procedure Step 1 Clause in Contracts

Procedure Step 1. In the event a complaint is unresolved to the satisfaction of all parties, the teacher may request a conference with the complainant in the presence of the Superintendent or his designee to attempt to resolve the complaint. If the complaint is unresolved as a result of such conference, or if no mutually acceptable conference can be agreed on, the complaint shall move to Step 2.
