Process for Selection. Once the posting period has closed, the following process will be followed in considering and selecting the successful applicant: a. Step One: Interview of three (3) most senior employees within the Classification: The site will interview the three most senior employees (according to District seniority) from among the applicants within the classification who have applied during the posting period (See #1 above). If there are fewer than three applicants within the classification, the site will interview the two most senior employees or if there is only one applicant within the classification, the site will interview that employee. Once the interview process has concluded, the most senior applicant who meets the site’s needs as determined by the principal, administrator, designee and/or site team will be recommended to Human Resources for hire. If the site elects not to hire one of the three most senior applicants, Human Resources will confer with the Union. After conferring with the Union, the position may be filled from the candidate pool. Those not selected for the position may request in writing a written statement as to the reasons for non-selection, which will be provided within a reasonable time.
Process for Selection. 18.4.1. If there are more qualified applicants internally than positions available, the District will submit qualified applications to a three-person screening committee, comprised of District and UTSC representatives. UTSC will designate representatives from elementary, middle school, high school and special education, one of which will serve on the committee, depending on the position begin filled. The committee will review the applications and recommend applicants to Human Resources. Consideration shall be given to bargaining unit members who have not taught Summer School the previous year.
Process for Selection i. The Employer has the sole discretion to determine how many FTP stipends positions to have in any job classification at any given time. ii. The Employer will post opportunities for employees meeting the minimum eligibility criteria to apply for any open FTP stipend position. iii. The Employer has the discretion to award the post to the employee deemed by the Employer best qualified. iv. The FTP award is considered to be for 12 months. However, once awarded, the FTP employee may resign from the position or may be removed at the discretion of the Employer at any given time.
Process for Selection. Students are identified through the university database of registered students and their GPA, and application for financial assistance -University submits list of students with a cover letter signed by the Registrar and President indicating that the students on the list meet the established criteria - The university submits supporting documents for each student and this includes: copy of student’s ID, student number, course registration, and transcript.

  • Address for Service Any notice to be given or served under or arising out of a provision of the Contract must: be in writing; be delivered by hand, sent by prepaid express post or sent by email (except for notices under clauses 14 and 15 which, if sent by email, must additionally be delivered by hand or sent by prepaid express post) to the relevant address or email address: specified in the Contract Particulars; or last notified in writing to the party giving or serving the notice, for the party to whom or upon which the notice is to be given or served; be signed by the party giving or serving the notice or (on the party's behalf) by the solicitor for or attorney, director, secretary or authorised agent of the party giving or serving the notice; and in the case of notices sent by email: be in Portable Document Format (pdf) and appended as an attachment to the email; and include the words "This is a notice under clause 16.7 of the Contract" in the subject field of the email. Subject to paragraph (b), a notice given or served in accordance with clause 16.7 is taken to be received by the party to whom or upon whom the notice is given or served in the case of: delivery by hand, on delivery; prepaid express post sent to an address in the same country, on the fifth day after the date of posting; prepaid express post sent to an address in another country, on the seventh day after the date of posting; and email, the earlier of: delivery to the email address to which it was sent; or one hour after the email enters the server of the email address to which it was sent, provided that no delivery or transmission error is received by the sender within one hour of the time of sending shown on the "sent" email. In the case of notices under clauses 14 and 15, if the notice is sent by email as well as being delivered by hand or sent by prepaid express post in accordance with clause 16.7(b), the notice is taken to be received by the party to whom or upon whom the notice is given or served on the earlier of: the date the notice sent by email is taken to be received; or the date the notice delivered by hand or sent by prepaid express post is taken to be received, as determined in accordance with paragraph (a).

  • Fees for Services The compensation of the Subadviser for its services under this Agreement shall be calculated and paid by the Adviser in accordance with the attached Schedule C.
