PROCESS TIME. Eligibility Workers may request up to two (2) hours per week as process time to complete work associated with their respective caseload. Requests for process time shall be submitted in writing. In their request, the employee shall outline the work that will be addressed and anticipate completing. The respective supervisor may either accept or reject the request. If the request is denied the supervisor shall outline the reasons for denial. Process time shall be strictly used for processing work except in cases in which an assigned client drops into the office or as directed by management to fulfill operational needs. If the preapproved processing time is interrupted due to operational need, the employee may work with the supervisor in an attempt to schedule an alternative time. Process time is not intended to be on-going or continuous; rather, it is to be requested on a week- to week basis as necessary. Management reserves the right to discontinue process time at any time. A two-week notice, if practicable, may be given to impacted employees. Such discontinuance and/or any provision of this Article shall not be appealable or grievable. Management agrees to discuss any changes to process time with the Union.
PROCESS TIME. ‌ Authorized representatives of the bargaining unit may process grievances during regular business hours, upon approval of affected supervisors, without loss of pay or benefits.
PROCESS TIME. Liverpool Airport will measure performance against process time management. Liverpool Airport requires that the process time not exceed 10 minutes over a period of one hour at any time, and that an average process time of 10 minutes per hour is achieved throughout the day. (The process time is defined as that time it takes a passenger to be processed from the rear of the CSA to leaving the CSA at the police podiums (this is subject to review).

  • Flex Time Agencies shall, where practicable, establish flex time work schedules for their employees. Such flex time work schedules shall guarantee the Employer's ability to provide services, to meet all workload demands as defined by the Employer, and to the extent practicable, meet employees' personal scheduling preferences. Approval of such requests shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • Business Time From and after the Effective Date, the Executive agrees to devote his full attention during normal business hours to the business and affairs of the Company and to use his best efforts to perform faithfully and efficiently the responsibilities assigned to him hereunder, to the extent necessary to discharge such responsibilities, except for (i) time spent in managing his personal, financial and legal affairs and serving on corporate, civic or charitable boards or committees, in each case only if and to the extent not substantially interfering with the performance of such responsibilities, and (ii) periods of vacation and sick leave to which he is entitled.   • Contract Time The period of time established for completion of the Project by the Contract Documents. Contract Time commences upon the date specified in the Proceed Order and ends upon the Material Completion and Occupancy Date, as it may be amended.

  • Crib Time (i) When an Employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time for the day or shift for two hours or more, he/she shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of twenty minutes in duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work, he/she shall be allowed to take also, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 30 minutes in duration. (ii) In the event of an Employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking the crib time of twenty minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, he/she shall be regarded as having worked twenty minutes more than the time worked and be paid accordingly.

  • TIME OF COMPLETION This project’s start date is scheduled for November 20, 2020, and completion date is May 28, 2021. The Contractor agrees to proceed with the work expeditiously without any delay or cessation, except such as may reasonably be beyond his control, and to employ a force of workmen sufficient so to perform the work covered by this Contract in such manner as to expedite the work of such other Contractors as may be engaged upon the work, as further provided in the Instructions to Bidders, to the end that the work to be performed by the Contractor shall be fully completed on or before the 28th day of May, 2021, subject to such adjustment of said date as may be made in accordance with this Contract. It is specifically agreed that the Contractor shall be bounden for damages, as hereinafter provided, for each and every day's delay which may be due or traceable to the Contract. In case the Contractor shall fail to perform fully the Contract within the agreed time limit, he shall pay to the City of Milwaukee, as liquidated damages for such default, the sum of $250.00 per day for each and every day's delay in completing the performance thereof after such time limit.
