Contract Time definition

Contract Time means the duration of time of the Contract as referred to Clause 3.
Contract Time means the period between the start date identified in the Notice to Proceed with construction and the Substantial Completion date identified in the Notice to Proceed or as subsequently amended by a Change Order.
Contract Time means the number of days stated in the Contract for the completion of the Work.

  • No extension to the Contract Time shall be allowed unless the Change Order Work will increase the duration of the critical path beyond the Material Completion Date.
