The Work Progress Schedule Clause Samples

The Work Progress Schedule clause establishes a timeline for the completion of various phases or milestones within a project. It typically requires the contractor or service provider to submit a detailed schedule outlining when specific tasks or deliverables will be started and finished, and may include provisions for regular updates or progress reports. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of project timelines, facilitates monitoring of progress, and helps prevent delays by holding parties accountable to agreed-upon deadlines.
