Product Availability and Pricing. Tech Data provides access to product and pricing information on an international basis as a result of making such information available on the World Wide Web. Such information may contain references or cross references to products, programs, prices, promotions and services that are not announced or available in your country. Such reference does not imply that Tech Data intends to announce or make available such products, programs, promotions or services, under such prices in your country. Any promotions may not apply in your geographic region. Please check with your Tech Data representative regarding product availability, pricing and promotions and the availability thereof in your geographic area. Supplier shall make commercially reasonable efforts to ship all ordered Products within reasonable time periods to the address designated by Reseller. Supplier shall use its reasonable efforts to maintain communication with Reseller to inform Reseller of new products and relevant Supplier information. Reseller may have access to specific information regarding product updates, availability, support materials, and manufacturing suggested retail pricing (“MSRP”).

Concurrent with the execution of this Agreement, NSI has provided NSHK with a listing of the current Products and Sales Aids and applicable pricing for said Products and Sales Aids (the "Price List").
