Professional Development and Continued Eligibility Clause Samples

The 'Professional Development and Continued Eligibility' clause establishes requirements for individuals to engage in ongoing learning or training to maintain their status or qualifications under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the types of professional development activities that are acceptable, such as attending workshops, completing courses, or obtaining certifications, and may specify the frequency or documentation needed to demonstrate compliance. Its core function is to ensure that individuals remain up-to-date with industry standards or regulatory requirements, thereby maintaining their eligibility and competence throughout the term of the agreement.
