PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND. EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT 1. Opportunities for professional development through an in-service training program shall be explored by the superintendent in cooperation with the Association. ACPS will seek input from the Association and ACPS staff regarding topics, design, and implementation of meaningful and relevant professional development activities. 2. The Professional Development Advisory Committee may be utilized to explore the implementation of new system-wide programs or practices.
