Common use of Professional Development Expenses Clause in Contracts

Professional Development Expenses. ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may attend appropriate professional conferences and meetings at the local, state, and national levels, and participate in professional activities related to the duties and responsibilities of the Commissioner of Education, provided that such attendance does not interfere with ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ performance of his duties under this Agreement. ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be reimbursed for actual and necessary travel and business expenses related to the performance of his official duties in accordance with applicable state law and policies and State Board policies.
