Common use of Professional Development Training Clause in Contracts

Professional Development Training. The Association and District agree that in order to provide continuity of services for students that it is important for long-term substitutes who work twenty (20) or more consecutive days in the same assignment to receive professional development, trainings, and work days that the District believes are applicable to the job they are performing.
