Professional Negotiation. The Board and the Association agree to negotiate in good faith pursuant to Section 10- 153d of the Connecticut General Statues as amended, in accordance with the procedure set forth therein, to secure a Successor Agreement relative to all matters concerning salaries, hours as defined therein and other conditions of employment. The Agreement, so negotiated, shall be reduced to writing and shall be signed by the Board and the Association.
Professional Negotiation. As part of the routine distribution of the budget to key organizations and people after it is first given to the Board, the Association will receive a copy of the Superintendent's proposed budget.
Professional Negotiation. A. No later than one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the annual budget meeting date of the year preceding the expiration date of this Agreement, the Board and the Association agree to commence negotiations for a successor Agreement in a good-faith effort to reach an agreement concerning salaries and all other conditions of employment for bargaining unit employees. During negotiations, the Board and the Association shall present relevant data, submit proposals and counter-proposals. Any successor Agreement shall apply to all certified Administrators below the rank of superintendent. Such successor Agreement shall be reduced to writing and signed by the Board and the Association. Either party may, if it so desires, utilize the services of outside consultants and may call upon professional and lay representatives to assist in the negotiations.
B. If negotiations between the Board and the Association reach an impasse, the procedure described in Section 10-153f of the General Statutes of Connecticut shall be followed.
Professional Negotiation. 2.1 This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties on all issues which were the subject of negotiation, and neither party shall be required during the term hereof to negotiate upon any issue, whether it is covered or not covered in this Agreement.
2.2 This Agreement may not be modified in whole or in part by the parties except by an instrument in writing duly executed by both parties.

Professional Negotiation. A. The Board and the League agree to secure a successor agreement pursuant to the revised Connecticut Statute concerning the right of certified professional employees to negotiate with the Board of Education (Sections 10-153a and 10-153d through 10-153g of the General Statutes of the State of Connecticut, as amended).

This Agreement contains the full and complete Agreement between the Board and the League on all negotiable issues, and neither party shall be required during the term hereof to negotiate upon any issue, whether it is covered or not covered in this Agreement. Provided, however, that if the Board creates any new position(s) in the bargaining unit during the term of this Agreement, the salaries and conditions of employment of such position(s) shall be negotiated between the parties. Provided further, that nothing in this paragraph shall be construed as limiting the right or responsibility of either party to participate in the informal consultation procedure set forth in Article 34 of this Agreement.
