Professional Services Terms and Conditions Clause Samples

The 'Professional Services Terms and Conditions' clause defines the rules and expectations governing the delivery of professional services between a service provider and a client. It typically outlines the scope of services, payment terms, timelines, responsibilities of each party, and procedures for handling changes or disputes. For example, it may specify how deliverables are accepted, what standards of performance are required, and how confidential information is protected.
