Professional Work Day Defined Clause Samples

The 'Professional Work Day Defined' clause establishes the standard hours and structure of a typical workday for employees covered by the agreement. It typically specifies the start and end times, total hours expected, and may address breaks or flexible scheduling arrangements. By clearly outlining these parameters, the clause ensures both employers and employees have a mutual understanding of daily work expectations, reducing the risk of disputes over working hours and promoting consistent workplace practices.
