Common use of Program Action Plan Clause in Contracts

Program Action Plan. The Borrower shall carry out the Program Action Plan, or cause the Program Action Plan to be carried out, in accordance with the schedule set out in said Program Action Plan and in a manner acceptable to the Bank.

Program Action Plan. The Borrower shall shall: (a) carry out the actions set forth in the Program Action Plan, or cause the Program Action Plan those actions to be carried out, in accordance with the schedule set out in said Program Action Plan and in a manner acceptable to the Bank; and (b) except as the Bank and the Borrower shall otherwise agree in writing, not assign, amend, abrogate, or waive, or permit to be assigned, amended, abrogated, or waived, the Program Action Plan, or any provision thereof.
