Program and Souvenir Program. (A) The Engager shall have listed in the program (playbill) distributed to the audience, or have announced to the audience, the names of all Artists who dance Principal or Soloist roles. Where a change in such occurs, an announcement of the change shall be made to the audience. (B) Artists shall have the right of approval of photographs for use in the souvenir performance program (playbill). This approval shall be in writing and shall not be unreasonably withheld. This Rule applies to photographs of three (3) Artists or less. Photographs not disapproved within forty-eight (48) hours after notification of their availability to the Artist shall be considered approved. (C) Where an Artist is no longer under contract to the Engager, the Engager shall be held harmless in the sale of souvenir programs containing clearly recognizable identifiable photographs (of three (3) Artists or less) and/or biographical material of a dancer until the end of the calendar year during which the dancer's contract expired or was to have expired. (D) Use of photographs in a historical context may be the subject of a special agreement between CAEA and Engager. (E) There will be no riders on any Artist's contract waiving any of these Rules.

Where a change in such roles occurs, an announcement of the change shall be made to the audience. 36.02 The Artist shall have the right of approval of biographical material for the program and souvenir program, which approval shall be in writing, and shall not be unreasonably withheld. Biographical material not disapproved within forty-eight (48) hours of its submission to the Artist shall be considered approved. 36.03 All Soloists and Principals must give written approval on photographs which are to appear in the souvenir program. This does not apply to group photographs consisting of three or more Dancers. 36.04 Where a Principal or Soloist is no longer under contract to the Engager, the Engager shall be held harmless in the use of souvenir program containing clearly recognizable and identifiable photographs and/or autobiographical material of the Artist until the end of the calendar year during which the Artist’s contract expired or was to have expired. 36.05 Use of photographs in an historical context may be the subject of a special agreement between CAEA and Engager. 36.06 There will be no riders on any Artist’s contract waiving any of these Rules.

  • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.

  • Apprenticeship Program The parties agree to meet to discuss the development of mutually agreeable apprenticeship programs. The specific provisions of the apprenticeship programs shall be subject to agreement between the City, the Civil Service Commission (where appropriate), and the Union. Each apprenticeship program, however, shall contain at least the following terms:

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST ▇▇▇▇ MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • Programs and Services Every aspect of the service you provide is considered part of your program, and therefore it must be accessible to individuals with disabilities. This includes parking lots, service counters and spaces, transportation (shuttles, etc.), agendas, flyers, emails, online services, phone calls, meetings, celebrations, classes, recreational activities and more. The guidance in this document is primarily intended to help you provide accessible programs by providing you with the tools to: ▪ survey facilities and identify common architectural barriers for people with disabilities; ▪ identify common ADA compliance problems in your communications and activities; and ▪ remove barriers and fix common ADA compliance problems in these areas. Your programs can be broken into three main categories, (Communications, Facilities, and Activities) which will be covered in more detail below.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.
