PROGRAM CERTIFICATION. In performing the services described in the Exhibits, Contractor shall perform the following services and abide by the following provisions: A. Program Requirements: 1. Commence new program services no later than ninety (90) days after initiation of any start-up activities that are funded by County. 2. Make use of available community resources, including recreational resources. 3. Operate program(s) during times that provide reasonable accessibility for program participants with hours of operation posted in a conspicuous location. 4. Perform outreach activities to encourage individuals in need of alcohol and/or other drug services to reach these services.
