Program Management Planning Process. Program documents referenced herein and specified in the Statement of Work provide a detailed research management process, a notional schedule of recurring research activities, include forecasted expenditures, describe the research investment initiatives, and commit the Collaboration to use its best efforts to meet specific performance objectives. The program management and planning process shall be subject to periodic reviews with inputs and review from the ECB and the Program Manager. Recommendations for changes, revisions or modifications to the Agreement which result from the review shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Article III, Section E.

The program management and planning process shall be subject to periodic reviews with inputs and review from the ECB ECB, Program Administrator, and the Program ManagerPTR (if applicable).
