Common use of Program Operational Manual Clause in Contracts

Program Operational Manual. (a) The Borrower shall maintain a Program Operational Manual (“POM”) in form and substance satisfactory to the World Bank, and thereafter ensure that the Program is maintained and carried out in accordance with the provisions set forth in the POM, including adherence by ▇▇▇▇ Sub-borrowers. (b) Said POM shall set forth the institutional, administrative, financial, technical, and operational guidelines and procedures for the implementation of the Program, including, inter alia: (i) the Program Action Plan; (ii) for the implementation of Results Area 2.B of the Program: (i) the eligibility criteria for selecting beneficiary ▇▇▇▇ Sub-borrowers;
