Program Structure. The applicant understands that:
Program Structure a. Subject areas to be covered will be as prescribed by the college or university and/or the certification regulations. b. Schedules to accomplish the internship/practicum must be submitted with the application. c. The program may be conducted by the school system or with the cooperation of a college or university.
Program Structure. 3.1 The Department approves the following stipulations pertaining to Program structure: (1) The size of WMECO’s solar deployment under its Filing shall be no greater than 6 MW. (2) The Program shall focus on larger-scale sites. WMECO will emphasize utility properties and under-served sites such as landfills, brownfields and development projects. Sites shall be selected with the objective of minimizing the rate impacts of the solar installations. (3) Site selection must comply with the cost control criteria set forth in Article 6 of this Agreement. (4) WMECO shall only deploy PV facilities larger than 200 kW. (5) The Program shall be implemented during 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. (6) The maximum amount of PV facilities commissioned in any one year from 2010 through 2012 will not exceed 3 MW, subject to the 6 MW limit.

Program Structure. The program consists of academic terms in the fall, winter and summer. Full academic terms in fall or winter will be a minimum of four months in duration depending on host institution scheduling. Short term summer programs will vary in length depending upon host institution scheduling.
Program Structure. RAFH service recipients will transfer to the In-Home Services program. Service recipients will be able to select their provider from all available providers, including the former RAFH provider if that provider meets the enrollment criteria for a Homecare Worker. During the service planning process, the availability of natural supports will be assessed and applied but family’s decision to provide natural supports is totally voluntary. Unlike the Spousal Pay program, recipients who elect to use a relative provider, living in the same home, will not have their LADL hours or twenty-four (24) hour availability reduced. Relative providers may not subcontract services to other providers. Relative providers will become a part of the Home Care collective bargaining unit covered by this Collective Bargaining Agreement and covered by all terms of the Agreement.
