Student Support. The parties agree that it is important that unit members who provide direct support to students be provided/have access to critical information regarding the student. Such information may be provided by teachers/administrators/support personnel in the form of oral/written communication or access to particular student records. The parties also agree that the unit member receiving such information is responsible for complying with all laws, policies, rules and regulations governing the privacy of such information.
Student Support. Each party shall ensure the nomination of tutors/supervisors for the students.
Student Support. The special education coordinator shall inform the principal of any compliance issues related to established policies, procedures, and regulations. The special education coordinator shall provide input and feedback to the building principal in identifying supports for students and staff.
Student Support. Bridgeway Academy will provide appropriate staff, materials, family support, and educational environments as deemed necessary and in accordance with the Student’s IEP. All Bridgeway Academy staff will be appropriately licensed as may be required by the Ohio Department of Education (“ODE”) and in accordance with the Student’s IEP.

Student Support. Research opportunities at the MIs allows the institutions to recruit more aggressively talented students from high schools and undergraduate universities to matriculate at MIs to pursue and complete undergraduate and graduate degrees in STEM disciplines.
Student Support a. Serve as a resource and point of contact for residents, providing information about campus resources, policies, and procedures.
b. Assist residents in addressing personal, academic, or interpersonal challenges by connecting them with appropriate campus support services.
c. Conduct regular check-ins with residents to assess their well-being and provide support as needed.

In recognition of the fact that some students with special needs may require supplemental support and assistance, the district will budget $4,000 toward the provision of program access, facilities modifications, training and similar student needs. Staff members, Learning Improvement Teams and other recognized groups, with the building principal's approval, may apply to the appropriate Director in charge of Teaching and Learning for access to this assistance. All staff will have access to this opportunity.

The University will continue our current Access Agreement commitment to fund a wide range of central Student Support services which are designed to help students to succeed in their studies, to overcome any difficulties they may face and to make the most of their time at the University. We will fund support to the University Disability Team to ensure student support needs are identified and managed as early as possible in the application cycle. We will also provide on-going support for students with disabilities to help their progression and retention. This will supplement other University support for students who are not eligible for, or who have not yet claimed, Disabled Students’ Allowance. There will be a significant investment by the University in Residents’ Support Network provision from 2011 onwards to support the transition of students into higher education, to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ an inclusive community within residences and to assist in skills development essential for independent living. This initiative will engage students from a wide range of ethnic and social backgrounds with a proportion of the expansion supported through the Access Agreement. Enhanced training for volunteer members of the network is expected to contribute to the employability of these students.
