Common use of Program Weight Clause in Contracts

Program Weight. Scores shall be based upon the written examination and Oral Board. The weights assigned shall be as follows: A. Written Examination - 50 points. (An applicant must achieve a score of at least 70% in order to take the Oral Board.) B. Oral Board - 50 points. C. To qualify for a promotion, all applicants must achieve a minimum score of seventy (70) points.
