Progress Monitoring Sample Clauses
A progress-monitoring clause establishes a framework for tracking and evaluating the advancement of work or deliverables under a contract. Typically, it requires the contractor or service provider to submit regular updates, reports, or attend meetings to demonstrate ongoing progress and address any issues that arise. This clause ensures that both parties remain informed about the status of the project, enabling early identification of delays or problems and facilitating timely interventions to keep the project on track.
