Common use of Prohibited Use of the Vehicle Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Use of the Vehicle. The Vehicle must not be used: (i) for carriage of passengers for hire or reward; (ii) to smoke in. The use of e-cigarettes in Vehicle is also prohibited; (iii) in a way to affect the good condition of the Vehicle, including by smoking; (iv) for deliberately causing personal injury or property damage or for any illegal purpose; (v) for racing, pacemaking, testing the Vehicle's reliability and speed, or teaching someone to drive; (vi) while the driver is under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or drugs; (vii) to travel abroad unless specific authorisation from Owner has been previously obtained; (viii) overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts, to transport children without the legally required car seats, or otherwise in breach of the legally prescribed safety precautions; (ix) to propel or tow any other vehicle or wheeled equipment, unless the Vehicle is fitted with a tow bar and Renter has express permission from Owner; (x) on unpaved roads, racetracks, beaches and test courses; (xi) to transport easily flammable, toxic, or otherwise dangerous substances other than minimum amounts for household use; (xii) in a careless or reckless manner; (xiii) to drive through or over water or over any objects that Renter knew or ought to have known rise above the ground clearance of the Vehicle; (xiv) to drive under a barrier lower than the overhead clearance of the Vehicle; (xv) in or on that part of any aerodrome, airfield, airport, or military installation designed for the take-off, landing, taxiing, or parking of aircraft and aerial devices, including any associated service roads, fuel supply areas, ground equipment parking areas, aprons, maintenance zones, and hangars; (xvi) to transport goods with a weight heavier than that authorised for the Vehicle, or to transport goods deficiently distributed or badly secured, or to carry goods that you do not own for a fee without Owner's written permission; or (xvii) in contravention of this Rental Agreement or the applicable laws, safety rules and requirements of the countries where the Vehicle is used.

The use of e-cigarettes in Vehicle is also prohibited; (iii) in a way to affect the good condition of the Vehicle, including by smoking; (iv) to subrent or for carriage of passengers for hire or reward; (v) for deliberately causing personal injury or property damage or for any illegal purpose; (vvi) for racing, pacemaking, testing the Vehicle's reliability and speed, or teaching someone to drive; (vivii) while the driver is under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or drugs; (viiviii) to travel abroad unless specific authorisation from Owner has been previously obtained; (viiiix) overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts, to transport children without the legally required car seats, or otherwise in breach of the legally prescribed safety precautions; (ixx) to propel or tow any other vehicle or wheeled equipment, unless the Vehicle is fitted with a tow bar and Renter has express permission from Owner; (xxi) on unpaved roads, racetracks, beaches and test courses; (xixii) to transport easily flammable, toxic, or otherwise dangerous substances other than minimum amounts for household use; (xiixiii) in a careless or reckless manner; (xiiixiv) to drive through or over water or over any objects that Renter knew or ought to have known rise above the ground clearance of the Vehicle; (xivxv) to drive under a barrier through height-restricted entrances and passages if the height restriction is lower than the overhead clearance of the Vehicle; (xvxvi) in or on that part of any aerodrome, airfield, airport, or military installation designed for the take-off, landing, taxiing, or parking of aircraft and aerial devices, including any associated service roads, fuel supply areas, ground equipment parking areas, aprons, maintenance zones, and hangars;; or (xvixvii) to transport goods with a weight heavier than that authorised for the Vehicle, or to transport goods deficiently distributed or badly secured, or to carry goods that you do not own for a fee without Owner's written specific permission; or (xvii) in contravention of this Rental Agreement or the applicable laws, safety rules and requirements of the countries where the Vehicle is used.

The use of e-cigarettes in Vehicle is also prohibited; (iii) in a way to affect the good condition of the Vehicle, including by smoking; (iv) for carriage of passengers hire or reward; (v) for deliberately causing personal injury or property damage or for any illegal purpose; (vvi) for racing, pacemaking, testing the Vehicle's reliability and speed, or teaching someone to drive; (vivii) while the driver is under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or drugs; (viiviii) to travel abroad go outside of Spain and/or to move to islands, between islands, and/or to Ceuta and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, unless specific authorisation from Authorised by Owner has been previously obtainedin writing; (viiiix) overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts, to transport children without the legally required car seats, or otherwise in breach of the legally prescribed safety precautions; (ixx) to propel or tow any other vehicle or wheeled equipment, unless the Vehicle is fitted with a tow bar and Renter has express permission from Owner; (xxi) on unpaved roads, racetracks, beaches and test courses; (xixii) to transport easily flammable, toxic, or otherwise dangerous substances other than minimum amounts for household use; (xiixiii) in a careless or reckless manner; (xiiixiv) to drive through or over water or over any objects that Renter knew or ought to have known rise above the ground clearance of the Vehicle; (xivxv) to drive under a barrier through height-restricted entrances and passages if the height restriction is lower than the overhead clearance of the Vehicle; (xvxvi) in or on that part of any aerodrome, airfield, airport, or military installation designed for the take-off, landing, taxiing, or parking of aircraft and aerial devices, including any associated service roads, fuel supply areas, ground equipment parking areas, aprons, maintenance zones, and hangars;; or (xvixvii) to transport goods with a weight heavier than that authorised for the Vehicle, or to transport goods deficiently distributed or badly secured, or to carry goods that you do not own for a fee without Owner's written permission; or (xvii) in contravention of this Rental Agreement or the applicable laws, safety rules and requirements of the countries where the Vehicle is used.

The use of e-cigarettes in Vehicle is also prohibited; (iii) in a way to affect the good condition of the Vehicle, including by smoking; (iv) to subrent or for carriage of passengers for hire or reward; (v) for deliberately causing personal injury or property damage or for any illegal purpose; (vvi) for racing, pacemaking, testing the Vehicle's reliability and speed, or teaching someone to drive; (vivii) while the driver is under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or drugs; (viiviii) to travel abroad unless specific authorisation from Owner has been previously obtained; (viiiix) overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts, to transport children without the legally required car seats, or otherwise in breach of the legally prescribed safety precautions; (ixx) to propel or tow any other vehicle or wheeled equipment, unless the Vehicle is fitted with a tow bar and Renter has express permission from Owner; (xxi) on unpaved roads, racetracks, beaches and test courses; (xixii) to transport easily flammable, toxic, or otherwise dangerous substances other than minimum amounts for household use; (xiixiii) in a careless or reckless manner; (xiiixiv) to drive through or over water or over any objects that Renter knew or ought to have known rise above the ground clearance of the Vehicle; (xivxv) to drive under a barrier lower than the overhead clearance of the Vehicle; (xvxvi) in or on that part of any aerodrome, airfield, airport, or military installation designed for the take-off, landing, taxiing, or parking of aircraft and aerial devices, including any associated service roads, fuel supply areas, ground equipment parking areas, aprons, maintenance zones, and hangars; (xvixvii) to transport goods with a weight heavier than that authorised for the Vehicle, or to transport goods deficiently distributed or badly secured, or to carry goods that you do not own for a fee without Owner's written specific permission; or (xviixviii) in contravention of this Rental Agreement or the applicable laws, safety rules and requirements of the countries where the Vehicle is used.

Prohibited Use of the Vehicle. The Vehicle must not be used: (i) for carriage of passengers for hire by anyone other than Renter or rewardan Authorised Driver; (ii) to smoke in. The use of e-cigarettes or any form of vaping device in Vehicle is also prohibited; (iii) in a way to affect that affects the good condition of the Vehicle, including by smoking; (iv) for carriage of passengers for hire or reward unless otherwise agreed in writing between ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and duly authorised individual on behalf of the Owner; (v) to deliberately causing cause personal injury or property damage or damage; (vi) for any illegal purpose; (vvii) for racing, pacemaking, testing the Vehicle's reliability and speed, or teaching someone to drive; (viviii) while the driver is under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or drugs; (viiix) to travel abroad go to countries or places unless specific authorisation from Owner has been previously obtainedgives Renter written permission; (viiix) overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts, to transport children without the legally required car seats, or otherwise in breach of the legally prescribed safety precautions; (ixxi) to propel or tow any other vehicle or wheeled equipment, unless the Vehicle is fitted with a tow bar and Renter has express permission from Owner; (xxii) on any unpaved roadssurface, racetracks, beaches beaches, and test courses, or otherwise off- road; (xixiii) to transport easily flammable, toxic, or otherwise dangerous substances other than minimum amounts for household use; (xiixiv) in a careless or reckless manner; (xiiixv) to drive through or over water (other than surface water) or over any objects that Renter knew or ought to have known rise above the ground clearance of the Vehicle; (xivxvi) to drive under a barrier through height-restricted entrances and passages if the height restriction is lower than the overhead clearance of the Vehicle; (xvxvii) in or on that part of any aerodrome, airfield, airport, or military installation designed for the take-off, landing, taxiing, or parking of aircraft and aerial devices, including any associated service roads, fuel supply areas, ground equipment parking areas, aprons, maintenance zones, and hangars;; or (xvixviii) to transport goods with a weight heavier than that authorised for the Vehicle, or to transport goods deficiently distributed or badly secured, or to carry goods that you do Renter does not own for a fee without Owner's written permission; or (xvii) in contravention of this Rental Agreement or the applicable laws, safety rules and requirements of the countries where the Vehicle is used.

Prohibited Use of the Vehicle. The Vehicle must not be used: (i) for carriage of passengers for hire or rewardreward including ride hailing and/or delivery services and/or any carriage of goods or persons for any form of profit or remuneration; (ii) to smoke in. The use of e-cigarettes in Vehicle is also prohibited; (iii) in a way to affect the good condition of the Vehicle, including by smoking; (iv) for deliberately causing personal injury or property damage or for any illegal purpose; (viii) for racing, pacemaking, testing the Vehicle's reliability and speed, or teaching someone to drive; (viiv) while the driver is under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or drugs; (viiv) to travel abroad unless specific authorisation from Owner has been previously obtained; (viiivi) overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts, to transport children without the legally required car seats, or otherwise in breach of the legally prescribed safety precautions; (ixvii) to propel or tow any other vehicle or wheeled equipment, unless the Vehicle is fitted with a tow bar and Renter has express permission from Owner; (xviii) on unpaved roads, racetracks, beaches and test courses; (xiix) to transport easily flammable, toxic, or otherwise dangerous substances other than minimum amounts for household use; (xiix) in a careless or reckless manner; (xiiixi) to drive through or over water or over any objects that Renter knew or ought to have known rise above the ground clearance of the Vehicle; (xivxii) to drive under a barrier lower than the overhead clearance of the Vehicle; (xvxiii) in or on that part of any aerodrome, airfield, airport, or military installation designed for the take-off, landing, taxiing, or parking of aircraft and aerial devices, including any associated service roads, fuel supply areas, ground equipment parking areas, aprons, maintenance zones, and hangars; (xvixiv) to transport goods with a weight heavier than that authorised for the Vehicle, or to transport goods deficiently distributed or badly secured, or to carry goods that you do not own for a fee without Owner's written permission; or (xviixv) in contravention of this Rental Agreement or the applicable laws, safety rules and requirements of the countries where the Vehicle is used.
