Project and Quality Management. The Concessionaire will provide oversight and management of the Project to control the scope, quality, cost, and on-time delivery of the Work. If the Concessionaire is required to rectify any Non-Conforming Work in accordance with Section 8.11(b), the parties will review the Quality Management System Plan to assess and determine whether changes to such plan are necessary to prevent such further Non-Conforming Work.
Project and Quality Management. (a) The Concessionaire shall provide oversight and management of the Project to control the scope, quality, cost, and on-time delivery of the Work. If the Work does not satisfy the applicable performance or quality standards, the Concessionaire, at its sole cost and expense, shall increase and improve its management and oversight efforts such that repair or replacement of Nonconforming Work and satisfaction of applicable performance or quality standards do not require any increase in the Department’s limited oversight of the Project. (b) In accordance with this Agreement and the Technical Requirements, the Concessionaire shall be responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the development, design, construction, operation and maintenance of the Project and any Project Enhancement undertaken by the Concessionaire pursuant to Section 12.01 or 12. (c) The Concessionaire shall prepare and submit to the Department for its review and approval the Project Development Plans in accordance with the requirements and times set forth in the Technical Requirements. (d) The Concessionaire shall require each of its Contractors and suppliers at every level to comply with the requirements of the Project Development Plans, and shall implement the procedures in the Project Development Plans to assure such compliance.

Project and Quality Management. The contractor must ensure a sound management of the assignment. An experienced project manager shall be appointed for the project by the service provider. The project manager shall be the privileged counterpart of EIT Food for all aspects of the work. The project manager shall liaise internally with all services of the contractor and report directly to EIT Food. Design and Implementation The design of the solution and its implementation will be executed by the tenderer. The tenderer describes in the offer the project management methodology. The tenderer includes in the offer a proposal for the planning, execution and follow-up of the project. For the development, testing & implementation separate ICT environments might be foreseen. Testing can be done on the basis of user acceptance testing, in which end users & key staff of EIT Food will be involved. Training The tenderer assures adequate training for the IT team and EIT Food staff. Depending on the topic and the situation, a “Train the trainer” approach might be privileged. Documentation and knowledge transfer The tenderer foresees adequate knowledge transfer and a technical document for IT staff. Final delivered documentation will need to be approved by EIT Food for final delivery.
Project and Quality Management. The DB Contractor will provide oversight and management to control the scope, quality, cost, and on-time delivery of the DB Work. If the DB Contractor is required to correct or rectify any Non-Conforming Work in accordance with Section 8.11(b), the Parties will review the Quality Management System Plan to assess and determine whether changes to such plan are necessary to prevent such further Non- Conforming Work.
Project and Quality Management. The Contractor shall appoint a project manager to serve as a single point of contact between the contractor and the KO and COR for coordination of all work required under the contract. The project manager will be responsible for the complete coordination of all work developed under the contract. The Contractor shall implement a program that identifies their methodology for performance of Cultural Resources Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions for each task order. The basic tenant of the plan is that the Contractor is responsible for quality. All methods, procedures, and forms shall support this concept. The Quality Management Plan shall address overall project management and administration and be a comprehensive program to plan and deliver quality services. It shall be structured to assure independence from any other parts of the Contractor’s organization and have direct accountability to the Contractor’s top management. It shall cover all services described in the contract, prioritize services, and concentrate on the most important services. It shall establish an inspection system covering all services and describe a method of identifying deficiencies and address processes for corrective action. Additionally, it shall: contain specific quality control techniques for contract services; require documentation of all control inspections and corrective actions; verify key-process integrity via random quality assurance audit; and describe methods of direct and indirect communications.
Project and Quality Management. Upon assignment of the contract, the successful candidate shall discuss in detail the work plan for the execution of the service within an inception meeting. The assignment shall be performed in an interactive way between the contractor and the MA/JS. Accordingly, regular exchanges on the study advancements should be foreseen. The quality of the deliveries must be in line with the quality standards expected by the MA/JS. In case that the outputs of the service are not in line with such standards, the MA/JS may ask for improvements free of charge.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Performing Agency shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Chief Data and Analytics Officer. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Quality Management Grantee will: 1. comply with quality management requirements as directed by the System Agency. 2. develop and implement a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that conforms with 25 TAC § 448.504 and make the QMP available to System Agency upon request. The QMP must be developed no later than the end of the first quarter of the Contract term. 3. update and revise the QMP each biennium or sooner, if necessary. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s governing body will review and approve the initial QMP, within the first quarter of the Contract term, and each updated and revised QMP thereafter. The QMP must describe ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s methods to measure, assess, and improve - i. Implementation of evidence-based practices, programs and research-based approaches to service delivery; ii. Client/participant satisfaction with the services provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; iii. Service capacity and access to services; iv. Client/participant continuum of care; and v. Accuracy of data reported to the state. 4. participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities as defined and scheduled by the state including, but not limited to data verification, performing self-reviews; submitting self-review results and supporting documentation for the state’s desk reviews; and participating in the state’s onsite or desk reviews. 5. submit plan of improvement or corrective action plan and supporting documentation as requested by System Agency. 6. participate in and actively pursue CQI activities that support performance and outcomes improvement. 7. respond to consultation recommendations by System Agency, which may include, but are not limited to the following: i. Staff training; ii. Self-monitoring activities guided by System Agency, including use of quality management tools to self-identify compliance issues; and iii. Monitoring of performance reports in the System Agency electronic clinical management system.

  • Monitoring and Oversight Grantee may be monitored by DFPS/HHSC during the period of performance. Grantee must comply with all monitoring requirements and information requests. Grantee will monitor any subgrantees according to PEI/FSS guidance and requirements to ensure that subgrantees adhere to all requirements as they relate to this Agreement.

  • STANDARDS OF MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS In performing its obligations hereunder, during the term of this ESA, the Competitive Supplier shall exercise reasonable care to assure that its facilities are prudently and efficiently managed; that it employs an adequate number of competently trained and experienced personnel to carry out its responsibilities; that it delivers or arranges to deliver a safe and reliable supply of such amounts of electricity to the Point of Delivery as are required under this ESA; that it complies with all relevant industry standards and practices for the supply of electricity to Participating Consumers; and that, at all times with respect to Participating Consumers, it exercises good practice for a Competitive Supplier and employs Commercially Reasonable skills, systems and methods available to it.
