Project Benchmarks. The Global Principles require that this Amended Agreement include “benchmark assessments” that link development of the Project and individual Project Sites to implementation of public policy, accomplishment of specific mitigation measures, and completion of amenities and other proposed or anticipated public benefits. This section implements these requirements through the Project Benchmarks (the “Benchmarks”) specified in the following sub-sections. Each benchmark sets forth performance standards, a system for monitoring performance, and enforcement provisions to remedy non-performance. The individual Benchmarks shall be enforced, as described below, through one or more of the following enforcement provisions: (1) conditions of approval for individual condominium or subdivision plats, site plans, building permits, or low impact permits; (2) the Annual Review and default provisions set forth in this Amended Agreement; and (3) through the authority vested in and the obligations of the RVMA, as described in Exhibit E, and only when applicable The Colony Master Association.
Project Benchmarks. Due Date Project Benchmarks September 30, 2011 - Assist CCRC in creating a fieldwork schedule for visits to up to four (4) CAP network colleges in fall semester 2011. January 13, 2012 - Participate in annual Scaling Innovation convening hosted by CCRC at Teachers College. January 31, 2012 - Assist CCRC in creating a fieldwork schedule for visits to up to four (4) CAP network colleges in spring semester 2012. August 15, 2012 - Assist CCRC in creating a fieldwork schedule for visits to up to four (4) CAP network colleges in fall semester 2012. August 31, 2012 - Submit interim narrative project progress and financial reports to CCRC. January 15, 2013 - Assist CCRC in creating a fieldwork schedule for visits to up to four (4) CAP network colleges in spring semester 2013. January 31, 2013 - Participate in annual Scaling Innovation convening hosted by CCRC at Teachers College. September 15, 2013 - Submit final narrative progress and financial reports to CCRC. Quarterly - Participate in project update conference calls with Scaling Innovation project participants. Ongoing - Complete data collection forms as requested by CCRC.

  • Benchmarks 2.1 Benchmarks set forth the overall scope and level of responsibility and the typical duties by which jobs or positions are distinguished and classified under the Classification System. 2.2 Benchmarks also set forth the range or level of qualifications appropriate for a position classified to the level of the benchmark(s). 2.3 Benchmarks do not describe jobs or positions. They are used to classify a wide diversity of jobs by identifying the scope and level of responsibilities.

  • Project Goals The schedule, budget, physical, technical and other objectives for the Project shall be defined.

  • Performance Expectations The Charter School’s performance in relation to the indicators, measures, metrics and targets set forth in the CPF shall provide the basis upon which the SCSC will decide whether to renew the Charter School’s Charter Contract at the end of the charter term. This section shall not preclude the SCSC from considering other relevant factors in making renewal decisions.

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.
