Project Concept Clause Samples
The Project Concept clause defines the overall vision, objectives, and scope of a project at the outset of an agreement. By clearly articulating what the project aims to achieve and the parameters within which it will operate, this clause ensures that all parties have a shared understanding of the project's direction, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or scope creep during execution.
